Summer Weight Training & Conditioning


Join the tradition of excellence at Coon Rapids High School! This summer, push your limits, build strength, and prepare for success with our "Chasing Greatness" Summer Weight Training & Conditioning program. We have sessions designed for high school and middle school athletes, including a NEW all-girls class!

 

Program Details:


  • Dates: June 9th - July 30th 

  • No Contact Days/Week: June 19th (No Contact Day)  July 5th - July 12th (No Contact Week)

  • Location: Coon Rapids High School Weight Room (Southwest corner) and South Practice Fields


Choose Your Session:

  1. 4-Day High School Athletes: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 9:00am
  2. 4-Day Middle School Athletes: Monday - Thursday, 10:30am - Noon
  3. 2-Day Girls Training Class (NEW!): Tuesday & Thursday, 9:15am - 10:30am (Specifically designed for female athletes)
  4. Power Hour Evening Sessions: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 7:30-8:30
